A new (improved) model of inflation and primordial black hole (PBH) formation is proposed by combining the Starobinsky inflation, Appleby–Battye–Starobinsky (ABS) dark energy, a quantum correction in modified F(R) gravity. The energy scale parameter ABS taken to be close inflationary scale, order describe double instead energy. given term quartic spacetime scalar curvature R with negative coefficient (−δ) function. It demonstrated that very good agreement (within 1σ) current measurements cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation can achieved choosing proper value δ, thus solving problem low values tilt CMB perturbations earlier arXiv:2205.00603. large (by factor 107 against CMB) enhancement power spectrum fine tuning parameters model. found numerical analysis it lead asteroid-size PBHs masses up 1020 g, which may form matter universe.
